Ticket Sale Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated August 2026.

1. Who you're buying from

Tickets sold through this platform are sold directly by the performing artist or event promoter (the "Seller"), not by interlude. halfsight provides the payment and ticketing technology on the Seller's behalf but is not the seller of record for any ticket purchase.

2. All sales are final

Except as set out below, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. This includes circumstances where you are unable to attend for any personal reason.

3. Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled outright, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Booking fees may not be refundable. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed by the Seller, typically within 10 business days of the cancellation being announced.

4. Postponed or rescheduled events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will generally remain valid for the new date. If you're unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact the event's listed contact email within the window specified in the rescheduling announcement to request a refund.

5. Requesting a refund

For cancelled or rescheduled events, contact the event using the email address listed on your confirmation email or ticket page. Refund requests are handled by the Seller, not interlude.

6. Entry conditions

Tickets are subject to any age, ID, or venue-specific conditions listed on the event page. Entry may be refused if these conditions aren't met, and this does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Fraud and unauthorised resale

Each ticket is issued with a unique code and may only be used for entry once. Tickets obtained through unauthorised resale, or duplicated/screenshotted codes presented by more than one person, may be refused entry without refund.
